Avanti Engineering, Inc. maintains a C=0 sampling plan and wide range of quality assurance measures to ensure that each and every part is manufactured to the tightest tolerances and the highest qualities.

Our quality assurance measures are performed regularly throughout the entire manufacturing process; it's a standard that has enabled Avanti Engineering to provide a very low PPM rating ongoing, while streamlining and optimizing our approach to manufacturing. 100% high-speed vision sorting for attaining higher AQL and even lower PPM is available upon request for high volume production. All of our machined parts feature extreme precision, including standard 1.33 cp/cpk or better consistency and unmatched quality.

Reporting and Trace-ability

When the Avanti Engineering team takes on a new project, we perform a preliminary sampling inspection and complete and accompanying report, in addition to a first article report. This enables Avanti Engineering to maintain thorough reporting and tracking for each and every project. This also provides us with the ability to investigate and address customer concerns in an efficient manner.

Final Inspection and Shipping

Avanti Engineering utilizes the newest technological advances to perform part inspections. We also follow a stringent protocol for part approval. This is especially important because many clients have approved Avanti Engineering as an official supplier, which means the parts are shipped directly to clients, customers or retailers.

Avanti Engineering utilizes the standard Production Part Approval Process – also known as the “PPAP” – to document client feedback. This way, we can ensure that our clients are completely satisfied with the parts that have been shipped and added to inventory. As part of the Production Part Approval Process, we complete a number of different forms and procedures, including:

  • Control Plans;
  • FMEA (Failure Mode Effects Analysis);
  • Measurement Systems Analysis;
  • Parts Inspection;
  • Process Flow Charts; and Submission Warrants.
